Terms and Conditions

Please read these terms and conditions carefully before registering your school for the online competition. By registering your school for the competition, you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions.

  1. Eligibility: Your school must be a registered secondary school in Kenya with students within the age range and grades specified in the competition rules to participate. You are the appointed career counsellor at the school. Please ensure that your school is eligible before registering.
  2. Consent: By registering your school for the competition, you give consent for your school and students to participate in the competition, for all entries to be shared on the competition's website and social media platforms and you agree that we may contact you.
  3. Conduct: Your school must conduct themselves appropriately and respectfully throughout the competition. Any form of inappropriate behavior, such as bullying, harassment or discrimination against other schools, will not be tolerated and will result in disqualification.
  4. Submission: Your school’s submissions must be the students’ own original work and must not contain any material that is obscene, offensive, defamatory or infringes on any third-party rights. Any such submissions will be disqualified.
  5. Rights: By submitting an entry, your school grants the competition organizers a non-exclusive, royalty-free, perpetual license to use the school’s name and logo, in whole or in part, throughout the world in any media now known or hereafter developed.
  6. Liability: The competition organizers shall not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your, your school’s or your students’ participation in the competition.
  7. Fees: No fees shall be paid by schools to Craydel Kenya Limited or Griffith College for this competition
  8. Disqualification: The competition organizers reserve the right to disqualify any entry that breaches these terms and conditions or fails to comply with the competition rules (as outlined on the official website, cup.craydel.com).
  9. Governing Law: These terms and conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Kenya.
